I am very excited to invite you to participate in the very first Love Your Business Seminar Series. It’s a five month program based entirely on the 10 domains of the Love Your Business Model – Leadership, Management, Team, Finance, Systems, Internet, Production, Marketing, Sales and Service.

  • Love Your Business Tools. Over the last nine years we’ve developed a number of tools for our coaching programs from our yearly and weekly planning tools to scoreboards, budgets, and project management spreadsheets. We’ve done the work so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel … and for the first time we are making these tools available outside our coaching programs.
  • Video tutorials. For each of the LYB Tools you’ll receive a video tutorial explaining how to use it and how to get the most out of the tool for your business.
  • Cool experts. For at least 2 or 3 of the seminars we’ll bring in external experts to share their wisdom in specific domains.
  • Peer feedback. Each seminar will include some time to get feedback on your work and your business from other participants in the program. And by helping your fellow participants, you will surely get ideas and inspiration for your own business.
  • Great network. You get to hang out for five months with a great crew of business leaders who are also out to transform their business.   • Accountability structure. We all know it’s important to work on the business … yet it is very easy for weeks and even months to pass by without lifting our head up. This structure will force you (in the nicest way) to work ON – not just IN – your business.
  • Your Business Blueprint. In each domain of your business there are critical things to document, from your mission and core values to your target market and service standards. And yet there isn’t a conventional document to capture this in. A business plan has part of it, a procedure manual may include some of it, but it’s never in one place, and usually doesn’t exist at all. That’s why we’ve created the Business Blueprint – a blueprint of your business that will get built piece by piece over the five months. As you build your Business Blueprint the functioning of each domain will improve, and together with your procedure manual your Business Blueprint will go a long way to allowing you to extract yourself from your business.

Dates: You can start any time! The course is made up of a series of 10 independent seminars that you can start at any point and complete 5-months later.

What if I can’t make a session?

We understand as a business owner, you may have events and travel booked several months in advance and some dates won't work for you. If you know you are going to be away, let us know before the Seminar Series starts and we’ll invite you to the session you are missing in the next round of Seminar Series. However this doesn’t apply if you just don’t show up for a session.

It’s only 6 monthly payments of $165 including GST or $795 including GST if you pay upfront.
