Wayne Clayton – DirectorWayne Clayton is the Co-Founder and Director of Love Your Business. Wayne began his business career by inventing a board game, making it out of wood, and selling it door to door! He used this experience to gain a position as a sales representative for TNT Skypak. After winning national sales awards, Wayne was elevated to the position of State Sales Manager for Airfreight. He then left TNT to take up a position with AFS International Exchanges as state manager. After three years of Wayne's leadership, NSW had cemented its position as one of the biggest, most innovative and successful student exchange territories in the world. In 1994 he left AFS to begin his own personal development business. Great Modern Lives produced the feelings based technologies that blended with the excellent consultancy established by Peter Cook to form the unique enterprise that is Love Your Business. Wayne also launched Stand for Love (a not for profit community) with a spectacular stunt that raised $1m worth of publicity on a $5,000 budget, when he became the first person to hitch-hike across Australia with only a caravan. Wayne is a business coach and trainer in Love Your Business with a passion for strategic entrepreneurial empowerment, and maximising the effectiveness of production, marketing and sales tactics and techniques. Over the last ten years in Great Modern Lives, Stand for Love and Love Your Business, Wayne has assisted hundreds of individuals and businesses to systematically grow the experience of love and to enjoy the tangible benefits that flow from doing so. Grace Mimmo Fitzpatrick – Chief Nurturing OfficerWhen graduating high school in 1988, Grace began her quest to find a job that had a sense of purpose. Her reluctance to be pigeonholed led her on a journey of rich experiences that saw her working in London's busy metropolis, to the Barossa Valley's rural community. Grace cultivated her broad-spanning skills through office management, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event management, wine marketing and graphic communication.
Grace returned home to establish her own business (which she LOVES) after writing and publishing her first children's book under the pen name Zia Grace. Grace's passion lies in self-expression, community and service - which is in line with our values. When she's not nurturing the Love Your Business team, Grace nurtures children by writing books and delivering inspirational presentations to schools. Grace has found her purpose and she is thriving. Peter is also very active in his communities. He is the President of Buoyancy Foundation (a drug and alcohol agency), where he has been on the board for over 10 years. He organised The Ride to End Hunger over 4 consecutive years, a bike ride that has raised over $50,000 to end hunger in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Following the death of a loved one, Grace reached a point of career dissatisfaction despite being a director of a successful printing company. She spent six months in developed countries followed by six months in developing nations, which included a visit to her sponsor child in India.
